13 Pax came to my Q on a very humid morning. I knew it wouldn’t take long to sweat so we just jumped right in.
Imperial Walkers x15

LBCs x10 forward, x10 backwards
11s with merkins and burpees. (1 merkin, 10 burpees/2 merkins, 9 burpees) all the way to 10 merkins and 1 burpee.
Mosey to the hardware store wall and partner up. Partner 1 does 1 v up and 1 curl, 2 v ups and 2 curls, all the way up to 10. Partner 2 holds a wall sit until partner 1 finishes then switch.
Next set was partner 1 does 1 sit up and 1 overhead press, 2 sit ups and 2 overhead presses, up to 10. Partner 2 holds low plank until partner 1 finishes then switch.
Mosey back to the parking lot.
We flutter kicked for about a minute and then held plank for 30 seconds to finish up.
