Northeast Tennessee Johnson City The Range (Science Hill)

A 64 degree morning welcomed 11 PAX to the Range for a 1776 inspired Q to celebrate our freedom and our commitment to pushing to get the work done.

Mosey up to the gym parking lot and back to AO (apx. 1,776 feet or about .34 mile)
THE THANG
Four stations (groups of 3 work to complete each set of four exercises before moving on to the next station)

  • Station 1:  100 YD High Knees, 100 merkins, 100 squats, 100 LBCs
  • Station 2:  100 YD Bernie Sanders, 100 curls, 100 step-ups, 100 American Hammers (50 each side)
  • Station 3:  100 YD Sprint, 100 overhead claps, 100 lunges (each leg 1), 100 plank jacks
  • Station 4: 100 YD bear crawl, 100 dips, 100 mountain climbers, 100 flutter kicks (50 each leg)

Pax who finished this reached 1,600.  An additional 176 was planned with another 100 YD sprint and 76 burpees (as a team).  However, time was called.  Most Pax finished their four stations or were close.

Especially in the environment we are in now and the past four months, we need to pause and appreciate our freedom but also the personal responsibility that comes along with that freedom.
