THE THANG
Given our AO’s abysmal performance in front of our new Nantan last week in regards to knowing the 5 core principles of F3, I was inspired to create a deck of death workout filled with joyful reminders.

Hopefully this helps Pax remember for next time!

Our workouts …

Diamonds: Hand Release Merkins, Are free of charge
Hearts: BBSU, Are Held Outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Spades: Thrusters with coupon, Are open to all men
Clubs: Bent over rows, End with a circle of rust
Aces: 15 Burpees, Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary

We are a part of something bigger than ourselves or our AOs. Male community leadership is about service, and it’s about quiet sacrifice. We are what we focus on and we become the thoughts upon which we dwell.
