-WMHs 10 count to the right, left, and center
1 merkin, 1 squat, 2 merkins, 2 squats, up to 10. After each round do 3 burpees.
Second circuit at hill downtown:
21-15-9 Carolina Dry Docks and lunges. After each set of both exercises, run up the hill.
Third Circuit at parking lot behind Courthouse:
1 plank jack, 1 sit up, 2 plank jacks, 2 sit ups, up to 10. After each set of exercises, do 10 flutter kicks.
Mosey back to the parking lot and do 10 merkins, bear crawl to other side and do 9 merkins. Work your way down to 1. A few of us completed this before time was called.
