No warmup – jog to the parking lot at the gym entrance.
THE THANG
Partner up for some figure 8s and loops around the school.
Partner 1 – run around the school building by the soccer practice field and back by The Range parking to the gym parking lot
Partner 2 – using the steps and the 3 levels of the gym parking, run a figure 8 using the furthest steps on the top and bottom lots. Run as many 8s as possible until your partner returns from his loop run
Rinse and repeat until time is called
Solid work from all the PAX Everyone would have logged 4-5 miles
