PAX ran a lap around the perimeter of the parking lot (~.25 miles) before stopping at a Pit Stop to complete the following exercises:
10 Jump Squats
On lap 4, PAX traveled up the hill to the flag via Everest (walking lunge, squat, walking lunge, squat until destination reached).
PAX completed between 7 and 8 laps.
