Pax were to hold a plank to the song Bodies by Drowning Pool. Every time its screamed “let the bodies hit the floor” do a mule kick (24), every time there is a count (1, 2, 3, 4) do a ‘Merkin (21). Otherwise hold the plank for 3:20.
Last week was national talk like a pirate day. YHC felt this was something to be celebrated by taking 7 brave PAX to the Bearmuda Triangle. The triangle consists of 3 ports: the amphitheater, the sundial, and the bike repair area. Pax are to travel to each port by bear crawling. Each port has 3 different exercises, PAX are to start at 20 reps and add one for each full round completed.
