Northeast Tennessee

Enough of 11s

Northeast Tennessee Johnson City Iron Horse (Founders Park)

Wet, balmy conditions did not keep 10 highly motivated Pax from showing up for some work in the park. YHQ pulled in the parking lot at 0530… my apologies… Good work, men!
SSH 20

TTT 10

WMH 10 count each side

LBAC 10 forward and backward

Started off with 11s (wall jumps and dips) followed by more 11s (KBS and OHP).

Mosey to the pavilion… Split up the PAX into 2 groups of 5 (to respect distancing) for more 11s (curls and rows) with block lunges for several feet between each exercise.

More 11s (Merkins and squats) with a lap around the pavilion after each set.

Kardashian led us in American Hammers.

Balk led us in Freddie Mercuries.

Sugar led us in slowwww flutter kicks.

Kardashian reminded us of the NETN F3 email regarding health and safety. 2020 mile challenge…more to come. Prayer for Rudy’s mother-in-law in the hospital. Offering up praise to our Lord for my fellow Pax and for giving us the strength and ability to gather together and do what we do.

It’s a messy morning and we’re living in a messy world. It’s easier and we get more done when we do it together. I didn’t share the following quote this morning but I share it here…

“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” – Helen Keller
