Warmup Burpees x 10 OYO
Moseyed over to the playground with coupon in tow.  This one would have a very Boilermaker-esk feel to it.

  • 3 Rounds
    • 10 Lateral Burpees
    • 10 Coupon Thrusters
  • Coupon Burden run to the light pole at the end of the parking lot.  If you’re done early, repeat rounds of 5 reps burpees/thrusters until all are finished.
  • 10 Count to catch your breath
  • 10 minute AMRAP
    • 5 Pullups
    • 10 Kettlebell Swings
    • 15 Merkins
  • Once time was called, mosey back to the track.  During the mosey the tip of the shovel flag (yes, the end that is supposed to go in the ground) scraped the asphalt, at which time someone proclaimed that penalty burpees must be completed.
  • Once back at the track, 20 Brute Force Burpees, Block Burpees, Man Makers…whatever you want to call them.  Call it a penalty for the shovel flag touching.

YHC had a conversation with the mother in law about how people that disagree on things seem to not listen to one another any more.  This seems especially prevalent in recent months with the election and COVID discussions.  The appeal was to talk less, and listen more, and sometimes we just have to agree to disagree.  That doesn’t make either opinion wrong, or either person bad.
