It was a perfect way to kick off the week on a Monday morning with clear skies and 50 degree temperatures.  6 PAX arrived ready to work and 3 logged some miles before posting.

Mosey to the tiered parking lot in front of Daniel Boone.

4 Stations setup around the parking lot (one lap=.32 miles).  PAX were informed they could go for steps (doing the minimum rep requirement at each station so more laps could be completed) or reps (exceeding the rep requirement at stations but takes away distance).  Eight exercises listed at each station.  PAX completes the exercise for that particular lap then runs to the next station.

Station 1: (coupon work)- Bent Over Rows, Curls, Overhead Press, High Pulls, Overhead Tricep Extensions, Squat Thrusters, Kettlebell Swings, Burpees

Station 2:  (Abs)- LBC’s, Sit-ups, Dollys, Flutter Kicks, Gas Pumps, V-Ups, Outlaws, Windshield Wipers

Station 3: (Arms/Chest) Dips, Mike Tysons, Diamond Merkins, Hand Release Merkins, Traditional Merkins, Wide Grip Merkins, Decline Merkins, Incline Merkins

Station 4: (Legs) Squats, Monkey Humpers, Calf Raises, Squats, Bobby Hurleys, Calf Raises, 20 second Al Gore, Calf Raises

PAX completed 8 laps for approximately 2.5 miles each but we had to skimp on the reps for Stations 2-4 on the last lap to finish in time.
