12 PAX rolled into The Hill on a perfect 57 degree morning to get the week started off right. YHC has been in quarantine for the past 14 days so it was great to see the men and do some work.

Mosey a warm-up lap
Simple but effective routine. Partner up and line up across the sideline of the football field at each 10 yard line. Partner 1 runs two laps around the track while partner 2 does AMRAP gushers (sideline-to-sideline sprints) until he returns then switch off partners. Rinse and repeat until time is called. Solid work by all the men!
