TTT X 12, WMH L/R x 10 secs, Imperial Walkers X 15, LBAC F/R x 10, Seal Claps x 10, Overhead Claps x 10, Low Slow Squat x 10, Merkins x 10
Mosey to the front of the high school. 12 cones with an exercise and rep count on each. Start with Cone/Day 1 then do Cone/Day 2 + Day 1 so pretty much adding an exercise each round until we got to 12th cone and went all the way back down to the first cone.
- Day 1- Run the upper loop
- Day 2- 2 Burpees
- Day 3- 3 Jump Squats
- Day 4- 4 V-ups
- Day 5- 5 Dips
- Day 6- 6 Calf Raises
- Day 7- 7 Leg Lifts
- Day 8- 8 Merkins
- Day 9- 9 Gas Pumps
- Day 10- 10 Squats
- Day 11- 11 Flutter Kicks (4 count)
- Day 12- Mike Tysons
Mosey back to the track for Failure to Launch- Hold Al Gore then countdown from 10 and do a jump squat. Rinse and repeat until time is called.
