THE THANG
Ruck a long way to the playground (not the long way, but a long way).  Stop half -way for 10 kettlebag swings.

At the playground – four stations extending the length of the playground/parking lot.  With the exception of station 1, reps started at 10 and increased by one on each subsequent round

• Station 1: Octaball Merkin Ladder (that’s 36 reps)
• Station 2: Pull-ups
• Station 3: Squat Thrusters
• Station 4: Heels to Heaven

We made it to the round of 13 reps before time was called.

We posted on Thursday with somebody who was positive for COVID.  We kept ample distance and were outside, two things that minimized our risk.  But simply being there without a mask amplified our risk.  We should approach all Qs as if all PAX are positive – think of it as a universal precaution to ensure social distancing.  Thank you to those who stay home when they feel ill.
