THE THANG
Mosey to Playground where we started our Tabata Workout…. We did 4 exercise 2 times then went to the next exercise for the next song.  As the work “Take(s) our (my) Breath Away” we (“You) Spin (me) Round Like a Record” and repeated both sets.  We then moseyed back to the start longing for “Gloria(y)” Days to be with us.  The Q said to cut across the field, but “Boys, Boys, (will be) Boys” and several pushed them selves even harder and ran around the track.  Props to Gutterball and Jester for putting in some extra work.
