- most pax got in about 3-4 rounds. mosey to bottom of hill in front of the school
- Begin with posterior chain table top plank for 30 secs then run to mid point complete 5 burpees, run to top table top plank for another 30 secs then back to mid point for 5 more burpees then collect at bottom of hill for the 6
