8 men came out on a balmy Saturday morning to start slow and build up.
Only 5 exercises were utilized in this Q. Mercans (modified to knees), Squats (no Paxs needed to modify), BBSUs (modified to LBCs or reverse LBCs), Block OHPs (modified to block curls), Burpees (modified to Squat jumps or knee Slaps).
We alternated each end of the great lawn doing a 10 minute tabada broken into twenty 30 second segments. On segment one we performed one rep, adding one each segment up to 20. Completing 210 reps in each 10 minute segment.

Don’t quit, but realize that saying yes to something (another round or an extra commitment at work) means saying no to something else (form or family time).
