After much consternation over which would be the most perfect workout for whom ever showed YHC decided upon an acronym. Because workouts with acronyms are fun…OH CRAP: O=overhead press H=heels to heaven C=curls R=bent over Rows A=American hammer P=burPees. All done x25 reps and run lap between round for four laps (round 4 was 15 reps per letter due to time)
Less than a minute of reverse table top plank for that posterior chain action
