Monday –  (Pax – Jar Jar, Ripcord, Telegram)

• 10 minute EMOM of 5 – Burpees
• Goat Trails on the Stadium: There are 5 full sets of stairs on the stadium. At the bottom and top the Pax would do 5 reps of an exercise then proceed to the next set of stairs. Set 1 – dips, Set 2 – merkins, Set 3 – squats, Set 4 – LBCs, and Set 5 – Flutter kicks (LR = 1). After each round do a lap around the track. Goal is 5 rounds.

Wednesday: (Pax – Jar Jar, Ripcord, Telegram, and Jiggabyte)

Ripcord wanted miles. after COP the goal was between 3-4 miles in 40 minutes.

Friday: (Pax – Jar Jar, Ripcord, Telegram, and GoldDust)

Telegram wanted to play on the track. 4 Rounds: There are 17 triangles painted in each lane on the track. Round 1 – Motivator from 3 at each triangle. Round 2 – 5 Hillbilly Walkers (LR = 1) at each triangle. Round 3 – 5 Imperical Walkers (LR = 1) at each triangle. Round 4 – 5 Bobby Hurley’s at each triangle.

Monday – used the last 2 minutes to complete any reps not finished on the goat trail.
