Mild temps and not-so-terrible humidity brought 9 PAX together to do some revolutions around the block… with assigned tasks at each corner. After prayer, a proposed 20 burpee penalty for messing up the 21s was imposed thanks to YHC’s failure to end said exercise in sync with the group (was that planned?). After some 21s and stretches, MARY-like exercises made an early appearance.

At the corner of Wild Wings Cafe start with 5 curls with the blocks/bags. Run to the base of Tombstone Hill and do 5 merkins. Run up Tombstone Hill down to the next corner and do 5 squats. Return to WW Cafe and repeat the cycle by adding 5 reps to each exercise every lap.
