The temperature today was not memorable so I don’t think it had an effect on the suck that was to come.  4 PAX brought their block under the impression they will get their $1.97-worth, or whatever was paid for such equipment.

We started moving with our blocks, let’s call it the warmup, but eventually it turned into the thang.

Slow mosey (really a walk) to turn one

Slow mosey to the east side

One lap around the track (intermission)

THE THANG

A declining ladder at a 3:1 ratio, starting with:

  • 21 block kettlebell swings
  • 7 pull-up negatives (we called it that, stressing a 4 count on the way down)

Then 18/6, 15/5, 12/4, 9/3, 6/2, 3/1

Slow mosey back to the flag, stopping at the swings to do a round of the 6 exercises from before.
