Northeast Tennessee

The Hardest Exercise I’ve Ever Done at F3

Northeast Tennessee Arrowhead (Indian Trail) Johnson City

It was low 60s and pleasant when we started, but then it developed into a soaking gentle rain.  The kind of rain that’s an ideal setting on the nozzle for watering the garden.  YHC claimed the Q but so did Jake – we’ll use his later.  5 PAX today.

Mosey to the Thiggy’s hill. (1st base side of baseball field)

Now that the hill was cut, it’s time to try the hardest exercise I remember doing.  Credit to Baby (I think)

Partner up. Partner 1 does squats while Partner 2 does Bernie Sanders up the hill, does 3 burpees at the top, and mosey back down.  Rinse and repeat. Most PAX did 3-4 hills.

That’s it – an intense quad burn. (It was easier this time).
