Mosey to the pull-up bars- 5 pull-ups then 5 jump squats, run the perimeter to the front bench and do 10 dips, run perimeter then do 10 SSH at security gate.  Rinse and repeat- 1 loop is 0.5 miles- PAX completed 4 loops
