Cards were drawn from a standard deck with exercises assigned to each suit as follows:
- Spades – Sumo Squats
- Clubs – Burpees
- Diamonds – Bonnie Blairs
- Hearts – Monkey Humpers
A numeric total was kept after each card was drawn. If 21 was reached, a bridge lap was run (this occurred once). If there was a “bust”, Hotel Hill was run (this occurred several times for a total of about 1.5 miles). One joker was drawn, which indicated a break from the game for a special surprise: Everest up Magnolia Hill.
1 min. Pickle Marchers (a new modification of Pickle Pointers) alternated with 1 min. plank for two rounds.
