8 Pax- Locks, Mail Order, Pam, Short Track, Hot Wheels, El Camino, No Knock, and Cluck-  met in the cool, 53-degree morning gloom at the Jonesborough Library.
DISCLAIMER- Cluck confirmed he was not a professional and asked for a recitation of the 5 tenets of F3: open to all men, free of charge, outdoors (rain or shine), peer-led, with a circle of trust to close.

THE THANG
The Thang went down on Main Street in Jonesborough.

  • Lightpole burpees from 11…10 at the second pole, down to 1.
  • Next was a Dora from the International Storytelling Center.
  • Runners went to the Methodist Church and back, then the theater and back.
  • Exercises were 200 merkins, 300 squats, 400 flutter kicks, and 500 side-straddle hops per team.
  • Modified SSH’s to 250 for the sake of time. Mosied back to the library.

PRAYER- remembering Michelle’s family, Honeysuckle while he travels, Homer, and all Immortals.
MOLESKIN
Cluck reminded the men that there is no such thing as balance in life. You can have everything you want. You just can’t have it all at once.
