Doc Ock’s Octagon of Love/Pain – The PAX partnered up
        Cones were placed about 10 yards apart in an Octagon  – 8 Stations – one for each of YHC’s 2.0s
         PAX will perform 8 of each exercise (each exercise base on the respective
         2.0’s first letter of their name – after completion of station 2.7
         PAX will Jog to the middle to pay respect to my better half
         and perform Motivator from 4
  • Station 2.0 – (F3 Goat) D – Decline Merkins  bear crawl to the next station,
  • Station 2.1 – J – Jump Squats    bear crawl to the next station,
  • Station 2.2 – (F3 Swirly) B – Burpee    bear crawl to the next station,
  • Station 2.3 – (F3 Peaches) A – American Hammers   bear crawl to the next station,
  • Station 2.4 – O – Outlaws (8 right & 8 left)     bear crawl to the next station,
  • Station 2.5 – L – Lt. Dans     bear crawl to the next station,
  • Station 2.6 – T – The Lion King    bear crawl to the next station,
  • Station 2.7 – J – Jumping Spiders    bear crawl to the next station,
Rinse and repeat adding 8 to each exercise each trip around the Octagon ( Motivators stay at 4)
