F3 Kingsport offers workouts on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:15 AM at Dobyns Bennett High School and on Saturday from 6:30-7:30 AM at Duck Island in Warriors’ Path State Park (a ruck group meets up before the Saturday bootcamp at 5:30).
