As a change of pace for me, the talk was minimal. We chatted a bit about being known, getting better physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, and having a positive influence on the world around us, then we took a four minute timeout to be quiet, reflect on the week, pray for others, or just close our eyes and be still. For anyone interested, the song I chose for our quiet time is “Due Tramonti” by Ludovico Einaudi. For my money, it’s the most beautiful song in the world. There’s something redemptive about it for me that feels like freedom, and a washing away of the old. I hope that was true for you too.

Great work men. Today was no joke. You guys are men, not just because you have penises (although technically, that is the defining characteristic), but because you put in the work, and don’t quit.
