Glorious 69F weather in Kingsport, TN at 5:30AM this morning. Mostly clear skies with hardly a breeze..

We started counting down Motivators from 10 with each PAX taking one of the numbers. Part of the way through we had another PAX show up, so @Scrum finished us off with another 10, IC
LBAC (little baby arm circles) forwards x 10 IC.

Willie Mays Hays (Wild Arms) forwards x 10 IC.
Willie May Hays (Wild Arms) backwards x 10 IC.
Captain Thor x 10 IC.
Motivators starting at 11 counting down in the reverse order that we started with. So each PAX led one round of Motivators.

THE THANG – Crawl bears. Bear crawls. Bears, bears everywhere!!
Simple but challenging. There are six (6) exercises, one grass bank and two methods for getting up or down the bank.
Round 1:
Start at the bottom of the grass bank and perform 20 of the first exercise.
Crawl bear up the grass bank and perform 20 of the next exercise.
Bear Crawl down the grass bank and perform 20 of the 3rd exercise.
Crawl bear up the grass bank and perform 20 of the 4th exercise.
Bear Crawl down the grass bank and perform 20 of the 5th exercise.
Crawl bear up the grass bank and perform 20 of the 6th exercise.
Round 2:
Start at the bottom of the grass bank and perform 15 of the first exercise.
Crawl bear up the grass bank and perform 15 of the next exercise.
Bear Crawl down the grass bank and perform 15 of the 3rd exercise.
Crawl bear up the grass bank and perform 15 of the 4th exercise.
Bear Crawl down the grass bank and perform 15 of the 5th exercise.
Crawl bear up the grass bank and perform 15 of the 6th exercise.
Round 3:
Start at the bottom of the grass bank and perform 10 of the first exercise.
Crawl bear up the grass bank and perform 10 of the next exercise.

Doing the crawl bears going up the hill and bear crawls coming down the hills makes it more challenging. As a modification, you can bear crawl up the bank and crawl bear down the bank.

Thought for the day was to be positive.. Significantly more is achieved by being a positive influence to all and everyone around us. My kids drive me nuts at times when they are just not listening to what we want them to do and I find myself constantly telling them not to do this and not to do that and no, no, no, no, no… That rarely ever achieves success and I try to remind myself to find something positive and constructive to point them towards doing rather than telling them no all the time. That does have better success.
