THE THANG
The Pax mosied to Crossroads Chruch from the AO and were greeted with the Thang there.
Three stations:
Station 1: Meats / Muscle
At this station several types of meat were listed with calorie count: The Pax would select a type of meat they had on Thanksgiving and do enough exercise reps to cancel the calories:
Exercises: Burpees – 2 calories, Merkins – 1 calorie, and Mike Tyson – 1.5 calories.
Station 2: Sides / Legs & Cardio
At this station several side dishes were listed with a calorie count: The Pax would select a side they enjoyed on Thanksgiving and do enough exercise reps to cancel the calories:
Exercises: Squat Jumps – 2 calories, Squats – 1 calorie, lunges – 1 calorie, or a loop around the awning at Crossroads – 20 calories.
Station 3: Desserts / Gut Busters and ABs
At this station 3 types of pie were listed with a calorie count: The Pax would select a pie they enjoyed on Thanksgiving. The calorie counts were too high to do enough reps to cancel so the Pax had a choice of three exercises and each exercise would cancel one dessert.
Exercises: 100 (90-degree leg lifts), 200 (2 count flutter kicks), or 50 windshield wipers (Legs 90 degrees up in the middle then down to the right, back to the middle, down to the left, back to the middle = 1 rep)
