Valentine’s Day Massacre at Immortal Station

Seven pax- Summer Camp, Honeysuckle, Locks, Pam, Stryper (FNG), No Knock, and Thumper joined Cluck for 35-degree Valentine’s Day morning for some fun.

THE THANG
We moseyed with our blocks around Jonesborough, drawing hearts from a deck of cards. At each of 4 stations we performed 4, 7, 11, and finally 13 reps of:

• V for v-ups
• A for abs (lil baby crunches)
• L for lunges (L-R = 1)
• E for East German situps (WW2’s with a 3 count cadence)
• N for narwahls (planks with 3-count legs raises each)
• T for Tysons, as in Mike
• I for Imperial Stormkickers (Walkers with a L-R kick at the end of each rep)
• N for Niner, as in 49ers- coupon up and overhead like a pick axe (similar to elf on a shelf)
• E for Elevator Burpees (3 count down motion)
• S for Squat thrusts

MARY
No MARY- finished round 4 at 6:15 am
CIRCLE OF TRUST- quoted the line from Bellamy Brothers cover, “Lord, I Hope This Day is Good” where they sing, “You’ve been the King since the dawn of time, All that I’m askin’ is a little less crime, It might be hard for the devil to do, But it would be easy for You.” We lifted up what the Lord can do and how refreshing it is to consider what Satan is unable to do.
PRAYER- prayed for Honeysuckle and Pam’s travels this weekend and the missionary David in a hostile land.
