THE THANG PART 1
For my half, I was inspired by history. 100 year ago today, on February 17, 1923, English archeologist Indiana Jones, or, uh, actually Howard Carter unsealed the burial chamber of King Tutankhamun. The crew discovered four rooms in the tomb of this 19 year old king who took the throne at the tender age of 9. We’re going to play the role of Howard exploring the rooms, but instead of archaeological treasure we’ll be reaping the rewards of physical fitness.
Partner up. Partner 1 does a run around the school, partner 2 explores the room until partner 1 returns.
Partner 1 does a lap around the school. Partner 2 does the first room. After the runner gets back around, he takes the next room on the list.
Annex – the parking lot
Lunge the short distance across the parking lot, and the bear crawl back. R&R.
Treasury – the swingset
7s – Underdogs and Squat Jumps, followed by 7s with Merkins and Heels to Heaven. R&R
Antechmber – the pull up bars
7s – Pull ups and Squat Jumps, followed by 7s with Merkins and Heels to Heaven. R&R.
Burial Chamber – the octoball courts
Complete a full round of Octomerkins on one Octoball Court, then a full round of Octobridges(tm) (elevated glute bridges with heels on the court walls). R&R.

THE THANG PART 2
Gutterball hustled us all to the top of hemorrhoid hill, where we completed a descending ladder of exercises with an increasing distance of sprints. A sprint from each tree followed by 20, 15, 10, and 5 reprs of Merkins, then Squats. In between each full set of 4 trees we completed 30 Freddie Mercuries IC and 20 Supermans.
