8 doods welcomed an unseasonably warm upper 60 morning for a Lent inspired workout. Since Wednesday was the beginning of Lent the number 40 was used for our reps on different exercises to blast the upper body (with some abs).

The warmup strayed from the normal startup of a motivator (since the YHC has a bummed knee) and the PAX got their arms and shoulders ready for action.

Being Lent is 40 days long the exercise reps were 40 count. Each station had 3 sets of workouts, after the workout was complete the PAX would hold plank while waiting for the 6th.
- Mosey to station 1: End zone end of the track
- 40 Wall Merkins
- 40 Step-ups
- 40 LBCs
- Mosey to station 2: Swing-Sets
- 40 Underdogs
- 40 Merkins
- 40 Flutter-Kicks
- Mosey to station 3: End of the playground
- 40 Hand Release Merkins
- 40 Dips
- 40 Freddie Mercury’s
- Mosey to station 4: Bottom of the hill
- 40 Unbalanced Merkins
- 4 x 10 second hold Superman’s
- 40 Heels to Heaven
- Station 5
- Run to the top of the hill and do three Burpees
- Run to the bottom of the hill and hold plank for 30 seconds
- Repeat three times
