On a rather moist Thursday morning, 7 PAX including YHC packed in under the shelter to see what our future overlord ChatGPT had in store for us as a beatdown. Don’t worry, it had to be modified by me because Block Leg Presses could result in unnecessary calls to the M; and ain’t nobody got time for that!

As I mentioned, the Thang came from a ChatGPT prompt of “I need an F3-inspired workout that includes body weight and cinder blocks.” And boy, oh boy, did it deliver! Here’s how things broke out:
Circuit 1 (10 minutes):
* 10 cinder block press (hold the cinder block at chest level and press overhead)
* 10 cinder block boat rows (hold the cinder block at chest level and row to your sides)
* 10 cinder block squats (hold the cinder block at chest level and squat)
* 10 cinder block lunges (hold the cinder block at chest level and lunge forward with one leg)
* 30 second wall sit and repeat the circuit 2 more times
Circuit 2 (10 minutes):
* 10 cinder block burpees (start in a standing position, drop to a push-up position, jump back to standing, and jump up)
* 10 cinder block mountain climbers (start in a push-up position, bring one knee to your chest, then switch legs)
* 10 cinder block sit-ups (lie on your back, hold the cinder block above your head and sit up)
* 10 cinder block leg raises (lie on your back, hold the cinder block above your head, and raise your legs to a 90-degree angle)
* 30 second wall sit and repeat the circuit 2 more times

We had some time left over for most PAX to contribute a MARY exercise. Ghost Rider decided it was his time to shine, not Jake’s, and we ended (slight Mortal Kombat-ing?!?!) with 100 LBC’s.
