5 PAX arrived on a flurry morning to celebrate Pi Day. YHC gave a brief math lesson on the definition of Pi before the beatdown which none of the PAX seemed impressed.

The Thang
Pi is the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter. When calculated, it always equals 3.14159 (the number goes on forever with no end nor repeating pattern). YHC broke down the numbers into rounds and reps. Run stair lap after every 3 rounds.

- 14 Squats
- 15 BBSUs
- 9 Burpees
3 Rounds of
- 14 Lunges (R/L)
- 15 Freddie Mercuries (4ct)
- 9 Burpees
3 Rounds of
- 14 Step Ups
- 15 V-Ups
- 9 Burpees
Rinse and repeat until all PAX had completed the circuit. Mosey to wall for 1 minute wall sit. Mosey back to amphitheater to bear crawl the circumference and diameter of the amphitheater platform.
