THE THANG
The THANG was supposed to be a modification of @Lock’s workout from a few weeks ago.
- Each time you get to the flag do 10 Curls, 10 Merkins, 10 Squats
- Run to bleachers across the field do 10 Step Up’s Each Leg then run back to flag
- Run to front of school and do 10 dips then run back to the flag
- Run to Swings and do 10 underdogs
- Run to the pullup bar and do 10 pullups
- Run to back of school dumpster and do 10 merkins
- Rinse and Repeat
We only got to the underdogs and the rain got pretty heavy so we called an audible and converted to a TABATA
We listened to great 90’s music and each 20 second exercise period we did the next exercise. If Tubthumpin played we had to do a burpee each time it said, I get knocked down, and when it was not saying that, we did squats. We disregarded the TABATA timer during those 4 minutes.
