On a cool, clear morning, 11 brave souls gathered under a sky so clear you’d think we were auditioning for a role in “Star Wars”. The moon, big and full, looked down on us like a proud parent watching their kid’s first school play. And let me tell you, the stars weren’t the only things shining bright that day!
Warm-Up (10 minutes):
- Circle Up: Dynamic stretching to wake up those sleepy muscles.
- Imperial Walkers (15 in cadence) – Because who doesn’t want to walk like royalty?
- SSH (Side Straddle Hops) – 20 in cadence – The classic hop, skip, and jump (minus the skip).
- Arm Circles (10 forward, 10 backward) – Let’s get those wings flapping!
- Hillbilly Walkers (15 in cadence) – Yeehaw! Get those knees up!
- Mountain Man Poopers (10 in cadence) – Don’t ask, just do.
The Thang:
Circuit 1:
- Farmer Carries with partner: One does 5 or 10 merkins, the other carries. Swap and repeat till the last light pole and back. Repeat Teamwork makes the dream work!
Next Circuit:

- Squats (20 reps) – Get low, get low!
- Pull Ups (5 reps) – No reduction here, just pure strength!
- Heels to Heaven (20 reps) – Aim for the stars!
- Repeat, reducing reps by 5 until you’re done!
Circuit 3:
- Farmer Carries: Stop at every stripe for curls or overhead press. Carry one block overhead for extra fun!
- Mountain Climbers (20 reps each leg) – Climb that imaginary mountain!
- Flutter Kicks (20 reps each leg) – Let’s see those fluttering feet!
- Bobby Hurley (20 reps) – Shoot those hoops!

- Box Cutters – Slice and dice!
- Freddie Mercury – Rock on with those legs!
COT (Circle of Trust):
As we wrapped up our cosmic workout, we took a moment to reflect. Every day, we represent not just ourselves, but our families, our communities, and our beliefs. It’s essential to live a life worthy of that representation. We all stumble and fall, but humility is the key. Be slow to point out others’ mistakes and quick to admit our own. Let’s lift each other up and strive to be better, together.
