THE THANG
Pax picked up their coupon and moseyed to the swings for the Thang part 1: Alphabet A-M/15 underdogs, N-Zed/15 underdogs.  Mosey to bottom of the hill for Thang part deux.

15 reps of each; curls, KB swings, H2H mosey run to top of hill for the new exercise the unburpee. This consists of just the merkin and knee thrust to chest part of the burpee. X5. Then run down other side of hill. This is repeated 3x

15 reps of each lawnmower each side, dead lift, slow intentional Freddy mercurys (R/L =1). Run to top for unburpees x5 and run down other side of hill. Repeat 3x
