10 willing and eager men showed up at #ironhorse with temperature around 30 to put in some reps. YHC not being a social media guy, thought it would be a good idea to increase everyone’s DMs… Dips, Merkins, Squats… Good work, men!

THE THANG
Starting at a park bench do 1 rep each of Dips, Merkins, Squats and 20 LBCs. Mosey to the next bench and add a rep to the DMs (with 20 LBCs). After 10 reps and 20 LBCs run a full lap around the field and resume at 11 reps… adding a rep at each bench and 20 LBCs.
After hearing a locomotive in the distance we Mosey’d back to amphi-theatre for the Burpee Train Tradition.
