8 HIMs brought coupons to the gloom and took part in some island hopping activities led by YHC.

THE THANG
Movements were to be done at two different islands as listed below for 26 reps (the date). After completing one movement at Island 1, move to the other island to complete the corresponding movement (ex. High pulls, then move to the other island to do alternating shoulder taps, etc.) The type of movement to be performed from one island to the other was called out throughout the workout. Movements included power skips, carioca, Bernie Sanders, 4 steps and a broad jump, side slides, and hop on 1 foot for 10 steps, then switch feet. After completing all 9 exercises, a choice was given about a mosey. The choices were 1 bridge lap if coupon was carried or 1 library lap if the coupon was not carried. After the lap, rinse and repeat.

Led by Cluck, alternating between 20 flutter kicks and 20 American hammers. There was to be more, but we ran out of time.

In reflection of a conference YHC just went on, we were reminded that as we engage in spiritual warfare we are to have an offensive, not only defensive, mindset.
