Start with 18 reps each of incline merkins, dips and derkins (18 x 3 = 54)
Mosey to wall for a 54 second wall sit
Mosey to Tombstone Hill for 5 rounds of 4 exercises (54s). After each round run to top of Tombstone Hill for 1 BOPO. Rinse and repeat for 5 rounds.

- 40 LBCs
- 30 Squats
- 20 Mike Tysons
