2 PAX avoided the fartsack. YHC kept it simple yet sucky at the same time.
Warm-up
- None needed as both PAX put a pre-beatdown workout. One rucked 4 miles while the other logged a 2 mile mosey.
The Thang
The 100 Merkin Mile. YHC mapped a 1 mile loop starting at Founder’s Park going through downtown. Perform 25 merkins every 0.25 miles. Rinse and repeat. The slowest PAX (YHC) logged 4 miles and 400 merkins.
