THE THANG
Baseball themed workout to channel the boys of summer on the first day of summer. One PAX rolls two die to advance around the bases, all PAX mosey and do the exercise(s), returning to hime after each hit to “bat” again. First base: 10 merkins. Second base: 20 squats. Third base: 30 flutter kicks (15 each leg). Home: 5 burpees.
Roll doubles: home run, circle the bases doing the exercise at each base as you go round. Roll 5, 7, 11: Single. Roll 4, 8, 10: double. Roll 3, 6, 9: Triple. Lots of triples and homers for the big hitters at Ironhorse. Baseball Playlist may have helped.
