On a day when the weather was as uncertain as a Ross and Rachel break-up, the PAX, led by none other than Yours Truly, Jake, faced the elements with not just one, but two killer workouts up the sleeve—because, like true F3 men, we’re always prepared for the unexpected. 🌧️☀️

We gave thanks for the chance to meet, for the shelter of the school’s awning, and for the strength to face whatever the skies throw at us. 🙏
Warm-Up:
Our warm-up was a motley crew of moves, each adding its own flavor:
– **The Motivator from 4:** Getting those spirits high from the get-go! 📈
– **Imperial Walkers:** Marching against the looming clouds! 🚶♂️
– **Hillbilly Walkers:** As the first drops fell, we didn’t just walk; we danced with ’em. 💃
– **Toy Soldiers:** Marching off to battle against the elements! 🧸
– **Willie Mays Hayes:** Stretching deeper with every raindrop. ⚾
– **Sticky Butt Kickers:** Our way of kicking back at the rain. 🍑
The Thang:
As the rain made its entrance, so did we—under the awning for a rain-proof session:
– **Tabata to ‘Africa’ by Toto:** JLo’s and Monkey Humpers getting our hearts racing faster than the raindrops falling. 💃🐒
– **To ‘Call Me Maybe’:** Mountain Climbers and Curls, because why not add a pop twist? 🎶💪
But as the skies cleared, we shifted back to our original master plan, outlined in my beautiful drawing attached:
– **At the Peninsula:** 20 Mountain Climbers, then bear crawling to the benches for 20 Dips. 🏞️
– **At the Pull-Up Bars:** 5 Pull-Ups, then an overhead block carry to the school’s first door for 10 Overhead Presses. 🚪
– **Continuing to the Fire Hydrant:** 20 Curls, setting down the block for a bear crawl adventure to the other school doors for 30 JLo’s. 🚒
– **Swings for 10 Underdogs,** then Bernie Sanders back around to finish with 20 Step-Ups. 🎢
– **Reverse Mode:** Re-tracing our steps to end where we began. 🔙
For a final kicker, a half set of Tabata with Jump Squats and Upright Rows to none other than Thunder by Imagine Dragons as we watched the clouds part. 🌤️
