With the expectation of heavy rain and the roof of the pavilion on my mind, a Tabata was planned out. Even with no rain, I decided to roll with it anyway and add in some laps. 4 HIM showed up and are better for it.

THE THANG
Tabata with 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. 5 rounds with 5 exercises in each round, some with coupons. After each round a lap of choice (Stair, Bridge, Pavilion) was done. All 5 rounds completed with some Shinedown, Rise Against the Machine, Finger Eleven, POD, Creed, Puddle of Mudd and Foo Fighters playing in the background. Like normal, I am pretty sure I was the only one that enjoyed the tunes…
- Round 1 – SSH, KBS, Flutter Kicks, Grave Diggers, Alternating Lunges – LAP
- Round 2 – Seal Jacks, Block Burpees, Box Cutters, Curls, Squats – LAP
- Round 3 – Snow Angels, Overhead Press, LBC, UHAULS, Bobby Hurleys – LAP
