On a beautiful Thursday morning 15 Pax came out for my VQ with a moon shining bright and stars in the shape of a triangle in the sky we showed up ready to work.

First was the Arms at the four corners of the school
- 5 Pullups
- Run to 1st corner
- 20 Underdogs (maybe should have done fewer cause my arms hurt)
- Run to 2nd corner
- 20 Dips
- Run to 3rd corner
- 10 Americans
- Run back
- Repeat x 3
Second was the legs
- 20 Squats
- Run to 1st corner
- 20 Lunges
- Run to 2nd corner
- 20 Monkey Humpers
- Run to 3rd corner
- 20 Step ups
- Run back
- Repeat x 2
