Ladder of Pain at the Pavilion. Do exercise and run down and back or a full lap. Come back and do that exercise and the next one on the list. Run down and back or a full lap. Come back do first, second and now third exercise. You get the point. I believe a couple built the ladder all the way and all came very close. Tunes by Chris Cornel playing in the background.
