It was a lovely 64 degrees this morning when 8 PAX arrived to see what this YHC had in store for the Q. The YHC had two workouts ready to go just incase there was rain. The options for the Q were a really good workout or……a really good workout. The PAX went with option B.

THE THANG
The thang was a little DORA fun before we ran out of time. Everyone partnered up and the stations got harder and harder as the Q progressed. One partner exercised while the other ran to the last street light and back. When we got to station 2-3 we switched the direction of the run, and ran to the flag and back.
