It was a balmy 42 degrees when 5 PAX decided to adventure to arrowhead to see what bobber had in store for them. This YHC had two workouts locked and loaded and with the option of some music we went with the EMOM 80s classic rock. Side note sound cloud offers wonder renditions of classic hits performed and altered by random people. So the music was a tad bit interesting. All of that aside that did not stop the PAX from bringing the energy and crushing the Q. DISCLAIMER

THE THANG
For the THANG there were 7 stations. At each station a member of the PAX would complete 5 sets of the workout at that particular station. The movement was clocked at 45 seconds with a 15 second rest between sets. After the fifth set was complete you would move to the next station. The workout was completed when the PAX finished all 7 stations. Since we were constantly moving we considered it an EMOM Q.
