  • LBAC forward IC x 10
  • LBAC reverse IC x 10
  • Overhead claps IC x 10
  • Slow and low squat IC x 10
  • WMH R/L x 10 count

The Thang

100 in 10.  100 total reps of 10 different exercises over a 10-minute period.  After 10 reps completed, rest until the next minute starts.  Tabata-style.

  1. Burpees
  2. BBSUs
  3. Skull Crushers (R/L = 1)
  4. Lunges (R/L = 1)
  5. Mike Tysons
  6. V-Ups (with coupon)
  7. Block Squats
  8. HR Merkins
  9. SSH (4ct = 1)
  10. Burpees

100 in 1.  Run 0.1 miles, stop for 10 merkins.  Rinse and repeat x 10 for total distance 1 mile and 100 merkins (rudely interrupted by a burpee-train).

Repeat 100 in 10.
