On a cool, starry morning, 4 PAX gathered under the early morning sky, ready to conquer the hill with our trusty blocks by our side. The workout? A race against time, just like those swift moments that fly by before we know it! 🌌πŸ’ͺ

Warm-Up
We kicked things off with some classic moves to get those muscles primed and ready:

– **Little Baby Arm Circles** x 10 IC forward, 10 IC reverse πŸ”„
– **Willie Mays Hayes** x 10 IC ⚾️

– **Etch a Stretch** – Limbering up for the challenge ahead! πŸ–ŒοΈ
– **Frogger Stretch** – Reaching and ready to hop to it! 🐸

The Thang
With our blocks in hand, we made our way to the bottom of the hill for the main event: partner drills with Bernie Sanders to keep things interesting. One partner performed the exercise, while the other Bernie’d either to the light pole or all the way to the top of the hill before running back and flapjacking. Each exercise was repeated twice for maximum effect!

**Exercises:**

2. **Step-Ups** or **Squats** – dealer’s choice! 🦡
3. **Curls** for those Vols arms πŸ’ͺ🍊
4. **Freddy Mercury** – for a little core burn 🎢

After these rounds, we moseyed to the light pole and used that as our starting point:

Back to the bottom of the hill for more block work:

6. **Posterior Chain** – keeping those backs strong! πŸ”—
7. **Block Pull-Throughs** – dragging that block like it’s nobody’s business 🧱
8. **Upright Rows** – keeping those shoulders powerful πŸ’ͺ

Finished up just in time, so we **planked** while waiting for the 6 to make it back to the starting point. πŸ•°οΈπŸ’¦
